FLICKINGER, HARMON posted by Connie on Tuesday, July 1, 1997: I am trying to locate parents of Catherine FLICKINGER b about 1805, who married Michael HARMON in 1825 in Harrison County. She is buried at Stone Creek, OH in Tuscarawas Co. I have information on three of her daughters but I would like to have information on her parents. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

JENKINS, JOLLEY, KNEEN posted by Ron Junkin on Tuesday, July 1, 1997: Seeking info on my g-g grandparents, Phillip JOLLEY and his wife Elvira JENKINS. Phillip was born about 1824, and Elvira about 1826. They are listed in the 1870 census as residing in Rumley Twp. Harrison Co. Their children were: Nancy, Morris, Luela, Ida, Malachi, Ella, Mary, and Willie. Elvira died 8/11/1871. She is buried in the Scio Methodist Episcopal Cemetery. Phillip is listed in the 1880 census for Perry Twp., Carroll Co. and he has a new wife Mary, born about 1837. I think they had a son Joseph about 1881. By 1893 both Phillip and Mary are deceased and Joseph came under the guardianship of Alice KNEEN of Carroll Co. Any info on any of these people would be greatly appreciated.

Searching any information for Parents, Birthplace, and Marriage Date to Nelson WILLIAMSON. Believe she moved to Fulton and McDonough Co IL and gave birth to John T. WILLIAMSON in 1840, plus other childeren thereafter. Also searching for any information on her husband, Nelson WILLIAMSON, as to whether he was also born in Harrison Co. He supposedly died sometime before 1850. Any information would be appreciated.

Vice on Friday, August 1, 1997: Am seeking information about Richard ANDERSON and his wife Jane STEWART of Tippecanoe, Harrison Co., Ohio and any of their descendants. Both Richard and Jane STEWART ANDERSON were natives of Bath Co., Ky. Richard was probably the son of Cornelius and Mahala HUNT ANDERSON. Jane STEWART was born in Bath Co., Ky. on March 13, 1859, the daughter of Alexander STEWART (1810-1891) and his second wife, Mary Jane BUTCHER. Richard and Jane STEWART ANDERSON were married in Bath Co., Ky. on Nov. 23, 1876. They had some children, but the names of these children are not known. Some of their children were born in Bath Co., Ky. before their move to Harrison Co., Ohio. Any information or assistance with this family will be greatly appreciated. BURRIS posted by Elizabeth Hillyer on Friday, August 1, 1997: Late 1800s to mid-1930s. My grandfather Lewis Wilbur BURRIS was born in Freeport OH in the late 1890s. There was possibly a brother or cousin. Have pictures with folks I can't identify. My father, Ronal Stuart Burris, died in 1977, so I have had a difficult time finding information on my family.

Married there in 1820 to James WILLOUGHBY. First son, Arthur, born abt.1821, near present city of New Hagerstown. This information was from the biography of Margaret and James son, Arthur Willoughby, in History of Huron County Ohio by A.J.Baughman. Looking for parents and/or siblings of Margaret PATTERSON.
